Korhan Futacı Bio:
Korhan Futacı (1977) is an Istanbul-based saxophonist, composer, producer, singer and songwriter.
A renowned name in Turkey’s alternative music scene, Futacı, is currently focused on his solo project and his free-jazz band ‘’Konstrukt’’, which he co-founded in 2008.
Futacı’s solo project is a delicate mix of psychedelic rock, jazz and lyrical music, blended thoughtfully with the Anatolian essence.
Transforming Istanbul’s chaos into an energetic ritual-like atmosphere infused with dark sounds and abstract textures, Korhan and his beloved musician friends aim of making audiences travel beyond time and space to feel the unseen colors of the resonances.
